Terms of Use

These terms apply to Nowio, an iPhone app provided by Muhammed Karayazi (“we”). By using the app you agree to them. Nowio is distributed through the App Store, so Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where the two disagree, Apple’s terms win.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Nowio on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules. You may not resell it, rent it out, or try to reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.
Your content is yours
Everything you write, record or photograph in Nowio belongs to you. We claim no rights over it, and — as set out in the Privacy Policy — we have no access to it. You are responsible for what you put in the app and for having the right to put it there.
Nowio Pro
Some features require Nowio Pro, an auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time purchase where offered. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in the Settings app on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
- Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Requests go through Apple Support.
Sync and shared spaces
Syncing runs through your own iCloud account. Whether it works depends on your Apple Account, your iCloud storage and Apple’s service, none of which we control. If you invite people into a shared space, you are responsible for who you invite and for what they can then see.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nowio to break the law, to store or share content you have no right to, or to interfere with the app or with other people’s use of it.
Backups
Nowio can export and back up your library, but keeping your own copies is up to you. We cannot restore data for you, because we never have it.
No warranty
Nowio is provided “as is”. We do our best to make it correct and reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or lost profits arising from using or being unable to use the app.
Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. You can stop using Nowio at any time by deleting it. We may end this licence if these terms are seriously breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
